Thank you for supporting our small business. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns:
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process:
To return an item, please email customer service at eastcoastcrafts1@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. After receiving the RMA and shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping charges will be paid by ECC.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 
Exceptions: 
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Do you sell gift cards?

We currently do not offer gift cards or gift certificates. We are looking at how we can offer this to our customers along with a reward program. A message on our home page will be added once we have more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies along with PayPal.

What is your return policy?

All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Personalized items and discounted items are excluded from returns. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from delivery date. Please see full details on our Store Policies page.

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow for three (3) to five (5) business days for items to be processed. For items that are personalized, please allow an additional three (3) to five (5) days, for a total of up to ten (10) days for processing before items are shipped.
